POLYUREA FLOOR

There is no need to invest in a long and tedious work to transform your space. Our system has been developed to apply 3 coats in the same day and allow a rapid return to your space.

Prepare the garage floor. As in any work, preparation is the crucial step of sustainable work. We could apply the most expensive product available or traditional epoxy paint, but if the substrate has not been prepared properly, the result would be the same as a lower product epoxy-based found in Quincaillerie.

It is for this reason that our technicians prepare the surface with an industrial grinder that will, using stones of diamond scarify the concrete and obtain an adapted surface to receive a new coating system. Then we can seal the cracks with a liquid Polyurea.

Prepare the concrete slab. Our technicians apply a color layer of Polyurea that will form a powerful bond between the concrete and the subsequent layers. This layer will seal the concrete and create an adherence with the vinyl flakes. The Polyurea is applied to the trowel and with roller to allow a uniform and continuous surface. The layer thickness is measured with accuracy according to the floor area to enable a final product more resistant.

The vinyl flakes. Now is the time to let your creativity. We offer 10 vinyl flakes color blends that set the tone for your space. We can also create custom recipes to satisfy your most original desires. The Vinyl flakes are not only decorative, in fact it will be the thickest layer of our system that will add to the strength of the final product.

The clear finishing of the floor. The final step is the application of a clear Polyurea that will seal the vinyl flakes and create a solid surface and clean for your space. After a few hours you can access your new floor revitalized by the system of Béton Surface.

The Polyurea is a flexible membrane that was mainly used in the past to solve problems of sealing and infiltration in roofs, solages or other building surfaces. We now apply this superior and advanced technology to epoxy that lack flexibility.
