Epoxy offers a wide range of possibilities for covering your home floor. This coating will offer style and protection to your concrete floor. Epoxy is also popular for commercial projects because of its high chemical resistance and versatility.

When pouring concrete, we recommend flattening the new slab with two helicopter passes to prepare the surface. Then, we must wait 30 days to let the humidity out of the new concrete slab before applying the coating.

Epoxy is a waterproof, non-porous and seamless coating. With its high waterproof properties, your floor will resist water damage. In addition, before applying the coating, we seal cracks which make water infiltration more difficult. Stay comfortably dry with one of our coatings!

You can stay in your home without fear during the work. All of our products are low in VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) or VOC-free, making them safe for humans and pets.

A faint odor may be noticeable during installation, but it will dissipate after a few days. Temperature and ventilation can affect how quickly the odour disappears.

Our equipment absorbs approximately 85% of the dust when in use.

To protect the epoxy from scratches and UV rays, we recommend applying a protective coating. We offer two types of coating: aluminum oxide coating with an orange peel satin finish and urethane protective coating with a matte finish.

Keep your epoxy’s shiny effect by applying wax or polishing it when its original luster fades. However, please note that we do not offer these services.

Epoxy coatings come with a warranty on the application of the product. A 5 year warranty indoors and 1 year in garages is offered for residential projects. All our products are guaranteed 1 year for commercial projects.

The flexibility and durability of polyurea with vinyl flakes make it the ideal flooring for garages and exteriors. In addition, it is UV resistant unlike epoxy which could yellow in the sun if not protected with a protective coating.

Outdoors, we apply the polyurea coating on concrete surfaces only (except stamped concrete). Indoors, application on other types of surfaces such as plywood, ceramic, etc. is sometimes possible. For more information, please contact us.

For polyurea, allow a drying time of 24 hours for the pedestrian passage, 3 days for the furniture and 5 days for the vehicle.

All our products are safe for humans and pets since they are low or without VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). It is therefore worry-free that you can stay in your home during the work.

During installation, a faint odor may be noticeable. However, after a few days, it will evaporate. The speed at which the odor disappears could be influenced by ventilation and temperature.

Approximately 85% of the dust is vacuumed directly by our equipment during use.

Polyurea with vinyl flakes is adapted to Quebec winter conditions. It is non-slip and resistant to calcium and salt. We recommend not to put carpet over the coating in winter and to use a plastic shovel for snow removal.

A minimum of two cleanings per year is recommended for your polyurea floor. One in early spring to remove calcium accumulated during the winter and one in late fall to remove dead leaf residues.

A warranty on the application of the product is offered with all our coatings. For residential projects, polyurea is guaranteed for 20 years in garages and 5 years on the exterior or interior of the house. For commercial projects, all our products are guaranteed for 1 year.
